Rules: 1. Keep your armies size realistic. Although the world population would have been much greater you must remember that many lives were lost in WW3 so the population is probably similar to what it is now.

2. You won't always win. If you win every battle you control then the rest of us will probably boot you.

3. Declare small countries to start. Maybe 6 or seven states/provinces to start. England would be an acceptable selection. U.S.S.R. would not be.

4. One day real-time = one year game time so try to make your accomplishments realistic in the given time frame.

5. The rest of us reserve the right to boot you. If we think you are playing unrealitically we may vote to boot you.

I control Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Michigan, Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania.

My army consists of 50,000 infantry, 15,000 artillery, and 5,000 tanks.

My Navy consists of 2,000 destroyers, 1,500 subs(1,100 attack, and 400 missile), and 100 aircraft carriers.

My Airforce consists of 1,000 fighter jets and 300 bombers.

Denny: That's it, I want fifty persent our armed forces ready to deploy in Wisconsin. I will lead them.

Sam: Yes sir!

One month later...

Denny: How soon till we are within sight of their force.

Sam: We should be coming into sight of them in a few moments.

As we crest the next hill top I see a pitifully small armed force, seemingly prepared to fight to the very end.

Denny: Damn, I thought they would surrender, send out the signal for a retreat, Sam.

Sam: But sir, we outnumber at least 20-1, we could easily crush this pitiful force.

Denny: Yes, we could, but do you think that would be the way to win the people's hearts. If they surrendered, the people would have been too afraid to do anything but follow my commands, and in time would learn that I do not want the power to help myself, but to make their life better. However, if we slaughter this force, the people will resent us and will consantly work against, so we retreat.

We control all of the former African territories north of The Congo.

An official list of territories would be:

Tunsia, Libya, Egypt, The Sudan, Eritrea, Ethopia, Northern Somalia, Central African Republic, Camercon, Chad, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Niger, Ghana, Benin, Guinea, Buinea Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Maurituania, Mali, Western Sahara, Morroco, Algeria, Ghana, Gambia, Cote D'Ivorie, Senegal and Togo.

While this may sound like alot, mind you that the totality of Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Gambia, Bissau and Benin is about the size of Niger, which is comparable to the state of Washington in land mass. And since listing such minor territories is tiresome, we would like to declare them as part of the province of Niger from here onward. (OOC: Besides this, I joined two RP-years behind, but if it's really a problem I can draw back, say to the Central African Republic or, even further, to Chad)

In the past years the MRF have put down a minor rebellion in Turkey, advanced west to Sicily, south to the top quarter of Syria, north from Ukraine into what used to be Russia and east into the former-Soviet state of Georgia.

OOC: Deuterium and Trituim are rare hydrogen Isotopes. Normal hydrogen has an mass number of 1. Look at the adverage atomic mass on a peroidic table, which is where the mass numbers are adveradged, but the quantity is taken into account, so if there are 2 atoms with a mass number of 4 and 1 with 7, the adverage atomic mass would be 5.

I have developed a society based on promoting intellegence and research. Social position is based on an improve version of the IQ test known as the PIQ (Practical Intellegence Quotient). Citizens with a PIQ above 120 are allowed to vote. Those above 150 have thier votes multiplied by 10. People with an intellegence below one-hundred live a life of servitute to a person of higher intellegence and perform most of the grunt labor (they compose about 60% of the general population and are called nulls). They enjoy happy lives, at least so happy as the government can make them. The government adimately denies any involvement or aproval of their mistreatment.

The economy is booming since the removal of all market restrictions. Competetion is fierce keeping prices down and encouraging the improvement of the production process.

Economic competition is not as regulated as most other areas. Any non-null is free to compete.

Freedom of religion does exist, but the official "religion" of our people is athiesm. Any person interested in joining the country is free to, and the government pays the expences of the trip, by means of it's 20% sales tax (that is the only tax in the entire nation, btw). Overtime, the new citizen will more than payback that money in his/her contributions to the society.

Shing: We wish a peace treaty with you and wish to open up a trade agreement with you. However, we cannot let you take Antartica. If you checked your treaties, you would see Antartica CANNOT be owned by any country. If you wish to use it, you may, but must allow others a represenative portion, We have recently been using 43% of Antartica, and since no other nation seems interested in using we will increase that to 53%, and allow you the other 47%. We think that the international language should be English, everyone knows it, make it standardized, and it can work.

ISoA: We wish to initiate a trade pact with you.

PSE: We are sorry, but the Marinares Trench is ours, but we will allow you to stay there, as you appearently have been there for a while. However, in order to protect you we wish a full alliance and of course, a trade pact.

We have taken India in a confrontation without to use of nukes. PSE:I am sure you do not understand the power of modern submarines. Most of our navy is submarines, and your base could be nuked. since you have no BMD system you cannot protect yourself.
