I have declared total war on Marshal Xix! I tried to make peace, but he chose to not respond to reason! You will die before the 3 months passes, Marshal, mark my words...

Dehlan, do not do this. I am warning you. I will not just sit back and watch an almost defensless Faction die. He hasn't even finished setting up his bases on the new planets yet!

Union warships have been dispatched to the new Confederate colonies. Any attack on the colonies will result in an attack upon my warships. Dehlan, do not tempt the Union, it would only take so much pushing for me to attack you.

Spirit warships have opened fire over New Quirat. They have hit my ships and I have retaliated. The attack came around 0500 hours and was hurled off.
Dehlan, we are again at war. We are dispatching the PSI CORPS to take control of your command ship and you. They are being excorted by the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shock Fleet. You will come peacefully or be destroyed.

Greetings from the Federal Empire of Quirat. Dehlan, I am dispatching my warships to defend my people. The peacetalks have concluded and the planets the Marshall colonized are now under joint AoP/Quirat Empire control. I advise you to withdraw now, before I am forced to destroy you.

Marshal Xix is insane. My troops in the outer rim, I have no control over. I apoligize AoYoS, but word travels slowly to my outer patrols. They thought we were still at war. If Marshal Xix agrees to a cease fire, I will not be forced to destroy him. However, as JT will tell you, I have destroyed Chiron and two shadow planets in my lifetime (and, afterlifetime I guess you can call it). I can easily be persuaded to destroy the Marshal.
OOC: And will someone please explain to me who all the new factions are, like the Quirat, and Union?

Dehlan, Xix has been a good hearted man for all of his life. He only does what is best for our people. I am sending my fleets to safeguard the construction of New Quirat and its shipsyards.
Please withdraw your forces, our race does not need another war.

When they get it, they will retreat. If they don't, kill them. Don't forget, half of the old republic doesn't even know i'm alive.

Well, Dehlan, one thing: it is almost impossible to attack the Confederacy. They are being protected by the Guardians! Possibly you haven't heard about it yet...
