Here's a new faction I thought up. It's based on a Guild from an RPS (role-playing story) I've been involved in, but if I used it in standard SMAC I'd probably edit it to remove the reference to magic. (It's intended for a scenario.)

So do you think it's balanced? Like it? Hate it? I originally had the agenda set to Free Market, but then i thought that they wouldn't care if there was regulation, since that often helps large companies, but a wealthy trading partner is alays desirable. What do you think?
