Hello a suggstion on av new faction. Neo Nazis, could replace spartans. Not that experienced (have only won it once on trancendance)so what do you think?
+3 Police (exrem control of the people)
+2 Morale
+2 Probe
+1 Support
-1 Planet
-1 Economy
-1 Efficency
-2 Research
Only half votes in planetary elections. May not use Democracy, Knowledge, or Free Market and Eudamonic. Double penalty for Green economy and Wealth.
Well this is just an "alpha version" but what do you think about it?
By the way, Im swedish so dont mind my spelling.

First off, let me say that you are one sick ****.
More importantly, however-- you can't implement these choices. You can only change the effects of 4 social factors, so you'll have to tone that down from the 8 that you have. Also, I don't believe that giving yourself half votes actually works. Finally, you can only prohibit yourself from one Social Engineering choice.
Oh, and they are too powerful anyway, but I'll save my comments on that until you modify it to make it something you can actually use.
