The Athenian Revolution:

Th origin of the Athenian Revolution rests on the planet Forona in the Picses Star System. We share the planet of Forona With 2 other intelligent species, though constantly at war with each other the other species have been know to commit atrocities against us and us to them making atrocities not as much as a big thing to us as it would be to your respected forces (this doesnt mean that atrocities committed against you will happen). Also because of these wars with the other to species (one of the species is not humanoid but has insect characteristics making the a formidable force for an unarmed soldier) our technology has been hindered significantly making us no threat really to any one as seeing now we have just started setting up colonies on our neighboring planets where as the other species have not yet left the cradle (speaking metaphorically) to explore beyond our skies.

I vote YEA. You should join the UA if you want any real allies. No offense, but constant wars tend to produce greater than average technology. For instance, the distance in years between humanities 1st flight and landing on the moon was 66 years. Do you think we would have even landed on the moon now if the Space Race had never occured? If the Soviet Union was still a viable force, we could be expecting moon colonies in the near future. But, our politicians figure there's no need for it. Just a little suggestion.

What does that have to do with anything? You're saying that you're alliance is constantly warring. That's great if you're on the winning side. But, what if you're not?

See the light of what? Billions dying, ships being destroyed, cities bombed, all for the chance of doing _something_ better than another Faction while this destruction goes on? And that's only if you're winning. If you lose, well, have a happy multi-millinia life in a punishment sphere.
By the way, you are not in any wars, and the last time the AOP asked for the UA to join in a war against the attacking Shadows, they declined.

Even though the Germans lost WW2, they were still far ahead the leading Allied powers in rocketry, jet propulsion, rifles, (they invented the 1st assault rifle,) and probably some other areas I'm not aware of. This is what I mean by the light.

.....after their armies were totaled, and millions of their people were killed. And let's not forget the Holocaust.
Also, the Allies were the first to invent the Nuclear bomb, and they were more advanced in rifles. Just because you invent the first doesn't mean other countries can't catch up.

No, the Allies were not more advanced in rifles than the Germans at at that time. And no, all of these discoveries were made during or before that time. I'm only talking about science. I'm saying if he's at war his science would be greater than average, not less than. I'm not saying whether it's good or bad, it's just the truth. Also, I don't appreciate sarcasm and the Holocaust used in the same sentence. It's very important and an extremely sesitive topic to me.

Hes right JT.
The Germans made the highest advanced in almost all weapons DURING and BEFORE WWII. They led throughout the 30's and early 40's in military technology.

I knew the rockets and jets. I will admit they had better rifles in the beggining, but at the end of the war, the Allies had the better ones. Maybe just at the very end.
