Newbie Questions:
1. I read in this forum that the computer cheats with secret projects. Is that true. If yes, what does it mean? I also read that the computer can fire missiles with unlimited range?
2. Can I add a custom faction to the game or do I have to replace one of the standard factions?

If you have made a faction, you can load it by selecting LOAD FACTION in the menu, were you choose the faction that you're going to play with.
