I am just about finished my first game and I have noticed that when I attack sometimes my units will make their home city the one they just conquered. I am not selecting that from the menu, or hitting Ctrl-H or anything like that. But it's tough getting a new city operational when it has 2-3 units to support right away.

This is an error in the code which is fixed in the new version. I would suggest downloading the patch from www.alphacentauri.com.
