I'm playing UoP, and morgan built a PLANET BUSTER. Now, he's very close to one of my bases with 4 sps' and lots of good facilities. 5 missiles are on the way and i have a pb on the way too. But i have a pact with morgan and Yang is building a PB, but he's not close to me. What should I do? I have a pact with Yang and Santiago, and i gave Santiago Orbital Spaceflight. I got Miriam early. All she defended her bases with were scout patrols while i had Chaos guns while everyone else had particle impactors. HELP

Until you get Sentient Machines (the prereq for orbital defense pods), I'd say your best bet is to build a few PBs of your own to retaliate with. In fact, you might even consider repealing the charter and launching first...

If you are pacted to Morgan, don't press the panic button just yet. Why not stay on good terms until you can launch some orbital defenses?
Oddly enough, if your rep is noble and nobody has repealed the charter, you can fight a faction with a PB for a long time before they will launch at you. That has been my experience anyway.

SMACTrek,The tech where you get orbital defense pods is called Self-Aware Machines(D11). Is this what you meant?
