I know an unstoppable SE combination as the UoP. It goes: Police state/Green/Knowledge/Cybernetic. Then build the Hunter-Seeker.

How do you reach Cybernetic before another faction gets Hunter Seeker?
If you survive, as any faction, as far as Cybernetic, then it's game long over, anyway.
I suggest that an experienced human player is unstoppable (by the AI) no matter what faction they play, with any SE setting.
What level are you playing at?

Um.....youre supposed to build HS before cybernetic, and i was playing on citizen. I've had the game for 3 weeks.
