WP = weather paradigm
etc. etc.
SMAC = should be able to work that one out yourself.

actually people consider a newbie based on how long they have been posting on these boards. I have only been posting a couple of months, but have been playing since the game came out.

I don't know how long this board has been around (there are probably a thousand people who've been posting longer than I have) but I know it was up before the game came out. There used to be extensive discussions and flamewars about the demo version.

same here crush, played the demo the first day it came out five times straight through, bought the game the same day. But I only started posting 'bout a month ago.

Arrived here about 48hrs later

But I am a Civilization I veteran.
