I'm alway's peacekeepers, and instead of building up a large city, I build many small cities, to rack up energy (same goes for Civilization2) except in Civilization2, there is no such thing as Bureaucracy, But with this I can no longer benefit the Golden age, when I build the Human Genome Project. This is only effective when you have 45 colonies. I want to restore the benefits, yet are there any possible ways? |
