Anyway A few weeks ago I packed up the box after deciding SMAC was nothing but a poor wargame. This was after a failed attempt with UOP to play a peaceful Builder.

What happened was Miriam slapped on her strap-on circa 2250 and proceeded to rape my skinny tech ass into oblivion. I never did anything to her and nothing I offered would appease her. I figured it out that it was and earlier screw job I had put on the Hive that had ruined my Reputation so that I had no diplomatic options later.

I know some of you are saying "you should be all over the AI, that never should have happened". Well I play Ironman and thinker(one level below Trancend?) so being all over the AI is dangerous for me.

Well two weeks later I decided to play them again. I won and early victory by forcing several factions to submit early.

Cool I move on the the Morganites, I've never played them before. Map of planet, regular rules and I start in the middle continent near the uranium flats. Well it must have been the crapiest start i've ever had. Fungus everywhere and mindworms played me like a biker does a lapdancer. I lost bases 4,5 and 6 to mindworm attacks (They were NOT undefended). then as I am trying to rebuild...Miriam shows up with a laser rover.

AAHHHHH! Strap-on firmly in place, she proceeds to take out all my offensive units. 2 rovers and a laser squad. Finally I make a probe team and buy the unit with all my leftover coin. I then look at the bar graph and notice I am dead last.

I'm about to give up on the game, but I remembered that some of my favorite civ games were the ones where I was an underdog. So I proceeded to build up and occupy the whole middle continent, all the way to the east side. I had to be submissive to Miriam later to get her off my back (and her to take her monster strap-on off), then Deidre comes along with a great boil and proceeds to rape me of technology for peace.

Fine, fine. I finally get the codes to talk to all the other factions and guess what no one will sign a friendship agreement!!! Piss me off, if I was anyone else they would. Brother lal gets himself governor, and is the most powerful faction. Shortly after, Santiago decides to kill me. Since she is on the other side of the map I do not bend over my black ass, but tell her to go have some fun with Miriam.

Due to my dead last place in the technology race, (Esp since the hive just took over the UOP) I use this war to steal as much tech from Santiago as I can. Long boat trips with two probe teams yields about 8 techs from her through the course of the war. All the while now trading with brother Lal as he is now friendly to me cause Santiago is attacking him.

The offensive Tech does not help Lal and he loses the war, giving up the #1 spot to santiago, who calls the council and makes herself governor. All this while I have managed to convince Miriam and Yang to have a war with Santiago. I have a short war with Deidre when I refuse to pay her green tax. I get rid of her Mind worm, using almost all my military and then quickly sue for peace after making a lucky strike on a transport with 8 of her units on it.

By this time I have made Yang A pact brother and have switch to a green economy as the mind worms nearly overwhelm me. Deidre then joins the pact, although she and Yang occasionally fight.

Then Miriam calls a council and proceeds to give me a good raping in front of all the other leaders. She calls for the solar shade, causing the sea levels to drop. She has made several bases along the coast of my continent and I know what she's up to. Yang's with her, so is Santiago. Me and Deidre against, measure passes!

The next 40 years have me frantically building and avoiding all conflicts using any means. All the while the sea levels rise. Land bridges to my isolated place are made and santiago makes good use of them. THERE IS NO DEALING WITH THIS WOMAN ONCE PMS SETS IN!!!

Glorious heroics of my green troops, and newly capture mindworms win the day. And while Santiago is focused on me Miriam launches a textbook campaign on the latino bitch and pushes her out of Sparta proper. South the great dunes and into conquered PK territory, the southern part of the huge east continent.

Wheew! But then the Hive cancels the pact with me when I gain a tech advantage and refuse to submit to him. After a short guerilla war with him, he sues for peace as miriam starts to tear him a new one.

Miriam is now #1 and nothing stoping her so she decides to clean my bowls once more now that all her sea bases are now land bases encircling my territory. However here units are all commited to foreign campaigns and I am able to take over 2 of her 4 bases on my continent. She sues for peace by demanding one of the bases back. I reluctantly agree as here ariel arsenal just showed over my east base.

build build build, then Deidre decides to stab Santiago in the back (They made peace) and attack from the south. She completes Miriams conquest of Santiago and take most of the smaller PK bases.

Miriam acts up, but I am ready and kill one of her bases and capture the last one on my continent. I then make a quick assult on her homeland in the small continent in the north. I take a base and she sues for a peace that has lasted for 60 YEARS! All she ever demands is that I break the treaty with Santiago(who is reduced to one sea base no one can get at with ships) I then reform the treaty with santiago (She is now co-operative). Repeat repeat endless peace with Miriam !!! WooHOO!

Now i am becoming #1 with my Tech and population bulging. My peace with the hive runs out and we are fighting every 5 years. He cannot win I have taken 5 of his bases and have now commited to a long war with him, with Miriams old Elite rover(Upgraded) that I bought used to spearhead! LOL. All the while my home bases continue to build. My base with most of the labs boost SPs is rolling out 700 labs a turn and I'm building the voice of planet. No one can stop trancendence now. Miriam has now pushed out the gaians from te PK territory the the large mount planet Island, which is the Gaians home. It matters not, there is not enough time for Miriam to stop me, and I could prolly some her anyway as I am using singularity and she is still on shard, I think.
