it takes 12 terns to teriform down. this is unexeptabl for use as a wepon to sink sitys.
if i send 2 teraformers cold thay do it in 6 terns or 3 do it in 4 terns o evon can i send 6 super formers and jet the job done in only 1 tern. i can probably defend them that long.
