In my game as the PK's recently several cities have revolted to join the other factions. I even destroyed the UoP and their people kept revolting to join Provost Zakharov, who I promtly crushed, and I saw the torture scene about four or five times on him alone!
Why does this keep happening?! Is there anything I can do about it? Please help as I love my people very much and it hurts when they leave me!

Are those cities undergoing drone riot? If your captured cities undergo drone riots for a certain period [not sure how long, never had it happen personally], then the city goes back to the original affiliation. In your case, that means UoP. When that happens, UoP gets a new lease on life.

Give Morgan a dozen needjets. Great fun if they happen to join you (you get the needjets back). Free Market just kills them that way.

Sounds like the drones don't look up to you.
