Do you think that if the Bulk Matter Transmiter will be like that:
In each one of your cities, for each two workers the city recieves +1 minerals.
Because the current Bulk Matter Transmiter pretty suck...

You are misinformed. The manual and the datalinks are incorrect when they list the BMT as +2 minerals per base. It actually is +50% minerals per base. A very worthwhile investment if you can stand the ecodamage. If you don't believe me, build it and do the math.
