one thing i can say is that this game kicks ass. i am usually the conquer all type of guy but the options and benefits that they give you through diplomatic solutions are all too tempting to resist. i've never seen a game like that before and that's what makes smac really cool.

one more thing... i've only been playing this for a few days but i find that the hover tank chasis is an almost all around tool. i use it for terraforming, colonies, and military. one thing they're surely equiped with is the drop pads so they can all land anywhere i want for only a small price. it's funny how i never saw any strategy posts about that. am i missing anything here?
