What do Supply Convoy's do? I have no idea

supply convoys can transfer minerals, energy, nutrients from one colony to another on that needs them... they can also contribute there full cost, r close to that, to special projects in other cities. they can do that for prototypes as well. They are best used for getting minerals, etc from terrain sqaures away from your base, although they can only get one choice... ie. either mineral, nutrient, r energy from a square. they get the full amount from the sqaure though, just from only one resource.
