I'm fairly new at this game and I don't know how to launch orbital facilities or do orbital insertions. Can someone please help?

Orbital facilities can be build in bases with aerospace complexes, once you get the necessary tech (four different for each kind of facility)
Orbitla insertions is what you can do, when you either get the space elevator, or some tech, which I can't remember what is
