interesting tactic. 1.Build children creche (SP?) in all bases (remember it gives +2 growth to each base its in) 2.set SE to Democracy and Planned (both give +2 growth. Add them all together and you get a 6 growth rating in every base. 3.BOOOM!!!!!!!! |

Children's Creche is a base facility. Such as Network Node and Perimeter Defense. You have to build the base facility at every base to have the effect on all bases. Children's Creche also +2 on Efficiency, and reduce base vulnerability to Probe Teams. |
