Here are some of the stats of my upcoming SMA C2 modpack factions.

Note: I've created new social engineering choices for the mod, created new techs, and changed a whole lot of other things. These factions are probably balnced with each other, but not with the original factions.


Hammond Utopia
Agenda: Total freedom, happiness.

+2 TALENT: {Brilliant Thinkers}
-1 POLICE: {Freedom loving}
+1 RESEARCH: {Alicia and her Clique are brilliant intellectuals}
-2 MORALE: {Peaceful Empire, Total freedom can lead to social immorality and indulgence}
{+3 Research points per base}
{+25% PSI combat due to Alicia's telepathic abilities}
{IMMUNITY from PLANET penalties}
{May not use Thought Control methods.}
{PENALTY for Police State politics}

Johnson Federation (my faction)
Agenda: Super Techno controlled society, and Microsoft crushing software monopoly.

+1 ECONOMY: {Software monopoly}
+1 RESEARCH: {Emphasis on development}
+2 EFFICIENCY: {Computerized society is efficient}
-1 SUPPORT: {Computer system is expensive to maintain}
-2 PROBE: {Vast computer network vulnerable to hackers}
COMMERCE: {bonus increases value of treaties, pacts, loans}
+1 Drone for every five citizens {People refuse to have rights abused by the Technocracy}

Cool Clique
Agenda: Social Popularity, Power over others

Begins with 100 extra energy credits.
{May not use Popularity social choice.}

Tell me what you think about the balance of these factions, and any ideas for improvement.

Disregard the -2 Research penalty for the Tambra faction.
