Hi, I'm playing Morgan Industries and I currently have +1 Economy. According to the game manual and my social engineering screen, I should have +1 energy in each of my cities. But I don't. I only have it in my HQ. The others just have their usual 2-1-2 resources.
I'm using the original version of SMAC. Is there a patch I'm missing?

you should be getting it. did you look at you f3 screen. You may have to add it up though.
