Episode 2 of the Alien Crossfire story has been posted. In it a new phenomenon called the Churn threatens, scaring even the native lifeforms called xenotoads!
The download section also has Borehole Scenario 2, wherein Lal and Zakharov struggle to gain control of the Borehole Cluster in a two-faction scenario. I tried, but was unable to dowload it--the link was bad. Maybe later.

I should say that the scenario is posted on the Alien Crossfire download page
