posted 07-21-99 11:06 PM ET Has anyone else noticed that raising/lowering the terrain of mount planet destroys its "volcanic" classification and allows it to be terraformed? I knew this happened to the monsoon jungle, but this is a bit much.

BTW, that happens to all those special landmakrs, doesn't it?
I remember getting very, very angry, when MY Garland Crater was destroyed by an all-against-one-veto-ignoring vote to melt the polar ice.

Hi, what the best way to take advantage of the volcano squares? I've landed next to it but you cannot improve the land... So I ended up terraforming it... I assume there is a way to make it worth keeping as is...
