OK yang sends his scout rover (or something that looks like one) up to one of my fringe bases and asks me to sign a pact of brotherhood with him. I say no, because I don't want him and all of his vendettas on me. He instantly declares vendetta against me.
I didn't even do anything!! Then, after my singularity deathspheres have taken all of his 25 or so bases except 1, he first demands 5000 or so energy, and then he tells me that he will give me all of his technology (none) and all of his energy (1).
Like that is going to do anything. Then I go look at his science report, and notice that he is getting 1 technology for every 150 turns.
He must be taking lessons from the believers. I saw them with 1 tech every 255,555 turns.
somebody should go push Yang into a borehole.

I've noticed that most of the AI have done this in my games one time or another, but then I guess it's because we're separated by an ocean and the AI just can't do transports well.
