How anout this.
I'm way ahead in tech, gobbled up most of the SP's.
I probe Yang. He has a massive empire but he's getting only like 1 tech every 20 turns.
I check the SP data on my HQ and find that no less than 5 of his cities are building the Living Refinery. So, if one builds it where are the others gonna go. There certainly ain't 4 other SPs he'll have the tech to build. Frankly, I doubt if there's even 1 (I've got the Command Nexus, and surely he would have pointed 1 of his cities in another direction if he could). What a waste or resources.
If he wants it that much, he can have it. I'll even give him dollop of energy credits to get it over with.
"Chairman Yang, you're insane. I urge you to visit the Research Hospital at once"

I am more insane than yang. All the ai has to do is build a base in the wrong spot and I will attempt to crush them unmercifally no matter what my tech. No surrender.

unmercifally doesn't look right. Does anyone know where there is a free online dictionary? I know my vocabulary is limited, but I would like to change that.

Yang is always at the top of the hit list. I've always found him very hard to beat if he gets larger than 10-15 cities. The only good part is that he's so agressive most times the other factions will join you in the fight against him or have the decency to stay out of it.
