Is there a way to turn off the voiceovers for just the tech advances and the first time you build a facility? According to the manual, there is, but I haven't found it. I don't want to turn off the "Turn Complete", "Drone Riots", etc., voiceovers, just the tech advance and facility voiceovers.

just click ok when the pop up comes up and you don't have to listen to it.

I know that. However, I don't want to hear those voiceovers in the first place. They get annoying after the hundreth time you've heard them.

Well, first facility, turn of "Stop for facilities" or whichever it is. Don't know about techs, though.

Just go all out like me and play with the speakers off. Turn on the TV instead.
Check all of the options. There might be one for turning off the tech.
