How can I nuke (planet buster) my own base?

Or just of curiosity. I LOVE nukes, I LOVE planet busters, I LOVE all kinds of mass destruction weapons. :9

A simpler and much cheaper way (although less spectacular ) is to obliterate the base with it's garrison.
