has anybody notis how much this looks like the lionhead forum??? No my question is, what does the PressureDome do??? it says: Survive Submersion and counts as a recycling tank. Sounds pretty good to me. but in the Tips section of the manuel it says that you should only use pressure domes and punishments sphere if you are 100% sure of what you what due to their backside. I can see why you shouldnt use punishment sphere, it sucks. But the presuure dome, i mean to survive anything is good, isnt it??? |

Pressure Dome: Downside is cost- to build this baby, you'll have to pay twice the price of the Recycling Tanks, so in the beginning of the game it may not be worth the investment. Now if the sea level is about to rise, that's another story... Punishment Sphere: They have very specific uses. See the "army laundering" technique in some other thread. And also, if you capture a large enemy base, it allows you not to worry about drones while you build it up (you can always scrap the sphere once you're done). IMO, Sometimes the "No Drones" is well worth the 50% labs (or was it energy) penalty Hope this helps |
