Half of my bases has been destroyed by ocean raising, and I have no time for build enough pressure domes to save the others
What can I do?

Pray for an evolve gills and aquatic machinery secret project.
But seriously,
if you haven't already (and if the mandatory time has passed) convene the council and vote to launch/increase solar shade
this would be the most effective solution
pressure domes over all valuable cities
possibly try to raise the closest ocean squares next to the most endangered cities to at least starve off being engulfed
probably futile though...

And if you haven't realized this yet:
STOP USING PB'S (if you haven't stopped already)
thats usually when i have any problems with the ocean levels, otherwise im pretty eco-friendly - except the stupid fungus

Try floating a loan from Morgan if he is still around and buy some pressure domes. If desperate sell base facilities. Also you can disband some units for additional materials.
