1. Does anyone else think Free Market has much too large a penalty to be feasible? It's much larger than the penalty for anything else.

2. Considering all the late-game stuff about the 'growth dream' involving an increase in native life that will destroy everything, I wonder if that actually happens. The Voice of Planet supposedly halts that process, so So suppose you get into a stable situation without building the Voice of Planet and then just wait for a few hundred years. The information in the game suggests that the native life attacks will eventually get bad enough that they kill everyone off. Has anyone tried this? And if so, is it possible to win a victory by conquest by building up your defenses (and your Planet rating) and waiting until Planet exterminates everyone else?
