In the battle report it says mindworms, etc. are aliens.. however since this is their planet, the HUMANS are the aliens, and the mindworms are at home. Technically...

Yeah, we know. But humans with a superior force tend to think they own everything... Look at colonialisation on our own planet, and how natives where treated with scorn and contempt.
