I'm not quite sure about the rules on these. The book says: Cannot exceed the size of the base. Does this mean that you cannot have more of these orbital devices than the number of people in the largest base? Or does it man that you can't have more than 21 - the size of the base? Or does it mean the number of orbital devices cannot be greater than the number of bases? If anyone can clarify this, please either post the information or send it to me: Thanks 1,000,000- |

You can have as many as you want, but a base cannot get more nutrients from them than the size fo the base. |

So, you need 2 nuitrients per level of pop. With hydroponics labs, you can increase your bases size by 50% without producing more any more nuitrients, you can keep doing this, but eventually you max out your pop, the max depends on the base nuitrient production at your base (99 max pop for game) |
