When I finally get Advanced spaceflight and can make both the hydroponic labs and the energy-thing, I can only build them at a few of my bases. Why can't I build these structures from any of my bases? I couldn't find anything in the manual regarding this. |

If I remember correctly, you have to have an aeronautics complex before you can launch anything. |
