I'm usint the "Demo" ver. and; like w/civ. 1&2; I 'could be' (ya) ADDICTED.  I'm ready to buy  but I wnat to be able to change/edit/INCREASE the "Eneragy Credits" & anything else that I can alter . I've tried to use Norton's 'Disk Editor'; and have spent many, many, hours using analytical methods to find the "Eneragy". I NEED HELP!!! Please post my at [email protected] |

After the first patch for the demo, it became nigh impossible to find the location for energy credits. They hid it on purpose.  |

If you really want to give yourself energy credits, jump into the <faction name>.txt file and add "INTEREST, 1000", or something like it to the "SOCIAL, ++..." line. That will multiply your energy by 10 every turn I think. James |
