Ok, I did a search to see if this has been discussed before and I didn't find it so here it goes. The rules say that each level of reactor gives 10 more "hit points" to your units. But when I have the level 4 reactor (w/ version 2) my units still only have 30 hit points. I'm thinking this is more a misunderstanding on my part so if someone could 'splain to me, I'd appreciate it.

There's something mentioned somewhere in either the manual or datalinks about the singularity reactor being 'variable'. I.e, sometimes 4, sometimes 3, sometimes less?
Anyway, this would seem to confirm it.
