It seems that Zharakov is always being accused of unethical research. Too bad you didn't consider putting a unethical research line in. As it stands, none of the current tech tree is really considered unethical.

I would have liked to see the diplomatic options have more depth also. I would be nice to set our own price for tech rather than have the computer set it. Also, I hate having a pact brother/sister building colonies within your territory. There should be a option to tell your computer allies that they can't do that.
