Except that your web page STILL doesn't work. Perhaps you are using a construction specific to Netscape, that yields a bad path to the file in other browsers? Perhaps your server is a Unix box and the capitalization in the link string is wrong?
In my case (IE4 behind a firewall), I get an error as follows:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.acedit.8m.com/cgi-bin/framed/2050/ACEDit.zip. The downloaded file is not available. This could be due to your Security or Language settings or because the server was unable to retrieve the requested file.
Since I don't have a language filter set, and my security filter asks me if I want to download questionable content, neither of those cases should apply.

Hmm.
Just to say I didn't have a problem.
Bit messy though, frames etc. Would benefit from the less is more philosophy. (Just my opinion.)

Works for me
Also behind a firewall In the tech support dept of several major U.K. ISP's.
Used netscape 4 and IE4 without any problems.
A bit slow tonight though.
How about just linking to the vb5 runtime library on a known high capacity server? tucows or microsoft spring to mind
Cannot wait to try it now.

anx: thanks for making this great program, I have just finished downloading it and looking it over and it looks like it does a great job of simplifing(sp) faction editing.
