Firaxis: For the last few weeks you have promised Europeans that we would be able to download the patch. Where is it!

Ok,
I give up, how on earth does the UBB codes work?
My caring for european patches are over.
Never again I'll buy a EC version of a game.
EA is -LOWEST- on my list in case of any choice. Terribly disapointing. (sp?)
If it is broken it is returned, or patched.
(If possible..)
