I notice that surrendered factions never ask for a loan, even though they badly need cash to rebuild. Is this by design? I love to borrow people money. Even as a hiver at level thinker, I alway have a few thousand on hand. George |

Loaning money out also minimize the chances and damage of a energy market crash. George |
