HI!
i am really, really, REALLY ANNOYED that the german patch hasnt been released yet. I just cant believe that a "desktop changer" or whatsover has been released instead of completing the other patches!!!!!! I guess there are thousands of germand and other foreign players waiting for this patch!!! But what annyoes me even more is that the EA support doesn`t even care for requests for this patch!!!! Friens of mine and myself have written several emails asking for the patch!!! SO WHERE IS IT?!?!?!?! you should spend your time on the patch not on such senseless tools like the desktop changer!!! i`ve spend a lot of money on this great game for it really deserves it! but i want the same advantages and opportunities the American players get!!! AT THE SAME TIME!!!! and not 2 months later!!! I AM REALLY REALLY SAD ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!

I'll say what I've continued to say a million times. We're working on it as fast as we can, but there are certain hurdles that Firaxis can do nothing about. I want it done as much as you do. It will release as soon as we possibly can.

Know what, I believe you!
But anyway, AngelOberon is right. I can imagine that the delay has to do with the translation into German etc. but as a German customer I often feel forgotten - like this time with Alpha Centauri (which is nonetheless a great game).
And if we step on your nerves, Mr. Morris, it's the only way to address our frustration about the German support.
So please take all these annoying postings and send them to the German support at EA - if you have something like that...

Yeah, that is exactly what I meant with my mail! I`m sorry if I was a bit too harsh, but I love Alpha Centauri! its the greatest game since civ2 and when I read about the patch I was totaly stunned! i wanted to have it! anyway it was only on english and then I waited and waited and waited... uhhh that really takes some nerve!!! believe me!
however I want to apologize for my harsh posting and if I can do anything to accelerate the release of the patch for example german translations or whatsover let me know!!!!
