I have two questions that are bugging me. I've read the manual many times but can't find the answer. How do I find a specific city? I need to find one from the standard view, but also when coordinating an attack with someone they say "We're attacking such and such" and I want to see where it is. Secondly, is there a way to get a description of what a unit or facility does??? I can view the unit editor screen and kind of figure out what something does, but is there some way I can just see "This unit is used to colonize the sea" or something. Thanks! |

1) There's a buggy map in the lower right that should show a dotted line running from your HQ to the city highlighted in the diplomacy window. It doesn't always work for me, though. The other thing you can do is click on that lower right map until you see the city you want along the edges of the diplomacy box. 2) If you're selecting an item/project/facility from that big menu right clicking will bring up either the design workshop or the help on that item. That will explain all the buildings and projects. For the units you'll have to glean their intended purpose from the design workshop. Antiam |
