When I spoke to one of my pact partners and offered to give them the city I just took I didn't see it on the list. So I ended up destroying the city and suffering the resulting sanctions. Then one time I decided to use the down arrow key on the keyboard, and guess what!, I found the city I wanted to give away. I didn't know that there was more to the list than I could see because there were no indicators. Please add scroll up and down arrows to the list. Thank you.
