Is it possible to tweak the rules file(s) to make grav units land/sea units instead of air units? It is really very frustrating to have my grav TANK shot down by an infantry AAA unit.

I would also like to know why a grav former can improve land squares but not ocean squares? A foil (if I understand your concept correctly) hovers over the water on a cushion of air, so if it can do the job I don't see why a grav unit couldn't as well.
