I never thought I'd miss it, as it was such a nuisance in Civ, but seeing as the Governors are a bit lacking, soes anyone know a way to automatically go to the city screen once the production is complete? I think this would help me out a lot, since I usually ignore the little "Production Complete" messages due to being in the middle of something.

Check the "warning preferences." I think you can click on the "stop for completions" and have the computer ask you what next each time.
