You cannot. If you want to retain your reputation you must honor your treaties. (Funny about that.)
The only way is if your friend/ally breaks the treaty first. There are ways to provoke them, by being uncooperative (though ?maybe? that can affect your rep too?), or by being so weak that they cannot resist attacking you first.

My complaint is that your reputation is still damaged if you break a treaty in order to assist a pact brother. It seems to me that their should be either an economic treaty, or you should lose less integrity by helping an ally.
