1. I had a base working one square that gave 1 nutrient and 4 minerals... yet there was an empty outline around the 4 minerals. I had already discovered Ecological Engineering, and the same base was getting 6 from a borehole, so I don't know why the black outline remained. 2. Say your society has a -2 morale penalty. You build a unit in a base with a command center. What are the final morale stats? (IE, does "halving positive modifiers" mean that the command center only gives one morale tick, or does it mean that if the unit were even higher, say Hardened, it would get only half the bonus, +6%, from that morale level?) 3. Are the factions supposed to get their normal bonuses in the scenarios? The Spartans should have +4 morale and +3 police in the Spartans vs PKs scenario, yet they only have +2/+2 (they start that scenario using Power as a value). 4. Is the University supposed to have +2 Support or not? |

4: I don't believe Support +2 for UoP is present, looking at the Social Engineering screen it doesn't show. |
