1. Playing Gaians I Mind-worm I tried farming with Mindworms on patrol mode in fungus. The problem is they don't stop when they meet other worms in the fungus(apperantly they don't see them as enemies in the fungus but they do elsewhere).

At one point I saw 3 other Mindworms I had passed and had about 4 patrolling worms who didn't go out of patrol mode. Strangely they go out of patrol mode if the worms go out of fungus close to them, that happened quite a few times.

This should be corrected. Or have anyone a better suggestion on how to farm without micromanaging? I have reported this one before the game was made but no one responded to it.

I ended up setting up a couple of worms on guard(shift L) in the fungus in addition to the patrollers and I caught a few that way.

P.S The worms don't take the shortest route either sometimes when patrolling pretty straight lines, but go out of fungus and cause mineral loss for a round.

Maybe some of these things are corrected in the enhancement which I don't have...

2. One more suggestion which would really improve gameplay for me a LOT since I like normally to use the best armor and weapons available is:

I would like the comp to ask me(at least in an option) when I have discovered a new weapon or armor if I want to replace the old unit types for example the 1-3 Sentinels to be upgraded to the 1-4 units EVEN though I don't have created the prototype. At the same time the 1-3 would be made obsolete. Got me? Of cousre the comp will ask for all units of the same basic type I've created (police sentinels etc)

The comp would reason like this having discovered a new better armor, say armor 3 (I had 2 before): A 4-1 attack unit would NOT be asked for an upgrade since I could have made it 4-2 before if I wanted it armored, a 1-2 unit should be asked for since I have chosen it to be armored.

Similar logic as above would apply with weapons discovered, a unit whose primary responsibility is for defence shall not be asked for upgrade

More if I at one point don't want a unit changed, the comp will no longer ask for that unit...

The reason I hope for both of these changes is that it will make the game easier, more fun and less time-consuming

Any support or flames? Any of the 2 will do

Ciao

Oops, sorry! I put it up again.

They actually have nr.2 in the game when you discover a new reactor

Ciao
