Does anybody know if the "energy market crash" that seems to love to strike just before you are going to get an economic victory is a random event or not? I.e. if you turn off random events will it still happen.
I love the random events and will likely keep them on in any event, but just curious.

Yeah... I like the random events as well, but if you have enough energy banks (or some other silly requirement) you should be able to avert the global energy crash, since it seems to affect the others not at all (as they never seem to build up much of a surplus).
