From mine evaulation,the Free Market set is a real LOSS, unless coupled with Police State.
What do you think? I mean, for each military unit outside a city, 2 citiziens become drones.Calm down, people!!!!

if you can solve the drone problem, then free market works very well , giving you a lot more energy credits.

As my e-mail implied, it seems that using Police State, seem to improve at least a bit the thing. But.... It seems that the Morganites(the champions of Free Mart) are a bunch of parafascist!... Such a Ironical thought....

(Note.This is valid under the demo mode! Any other suggest? maybe raising psych level?)

Brian taught me a trick with Free Market. Remember, that every "reap" square of a base generates one extra energy in Free Market. So, you adjust your social engineering energy allocation to about 20% from energy to psych and switch to free market. It looks like you're taking a hit in cash, but the free market MORE than makes up for it (if you've got a decent sized empire), and the extra psych will deal with the drones.
