Regarding the Special Scenario Rules... if one of the options like "No technological advances" or "No secret projects can be built" is selected, is the computer player programmed to optimize it's strategy to compensate for the rule(s)? Also, I remember something mentioned in the Civ2 expansion packs about how the computer player wasn't designed to deal with oddball changes to the main text file like deleting units or tech advances. Does the SMAC computer player now recognize these changes?
